Whether you’re a seasoned athlete/Football player looking to boost your performance or a beginner taking your first steps in becoming a better athlete, this comprehensive program is designed to help you unlock your full speed potential with only 3 days of working out in a week.
The plan includes 2 full body workout days and 1 day on a field/track. The approximate daily time it takes to complete the workouts is 1 hour. The workout plan includes a 12 week online reps and weight tracker to monitor the progress. You need access a gym and a field/track to perform all the exercises in this plan.
