The focus of this plan is to improve speed, quickness, route running and hands but also helps building the necessary strength. It includes 3 days of field workouts, 2 day of gym workouts, 1 day of conditioning, and 1 recovery day. The approximate daily time it takes to complete the workouts is 1,5 hours. The workout plan includes a 12 week online reps and weight tracker to monitor the progress. You need access to a gym and a flat field (ideal with football lines), a ball (plus someone who can throw) to perform all the exercises in this plan.
