Dies kann vor allem effektiv durch <a href=\"https:\/\/tlap-sports.com\/en\/videos\/lower-body#videosfull-lower-body\">Kniebeugen, Cleans und Kreuzheben<\/a> erreicht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipp 2: Explosiver werden\/3-fach Streckung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mehr explosive Muskelfasern bedeutet schnellere Muskelkontraktion und damit auch ein schnellerer Sprint. Besonders effektiv sind \u00dcbungen bei denen eine 3-fach Streckung (H\u00fcfte, Knie, Kn\u00f6chel) stattfindet. Dies kann durch <a href=\"https:\/\/tlap-sports.com\/en\/videos\/lower-body#videos-full-lower-body-explosive\">Cleans, Box Jumps<\/a> und andere Spr\u00fcnge erreicht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipp 3: K\u00fcrzere Kontaktzeit auf dem Boden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch eine k\u00fcrzere Kontaktzeit auf dem Boden kann beim Sprint eine h\u00f6here Geschwindigkeit erreicht werden. Dies kann durch <a href=\"https:\/\/tlap-sports.com\/en\/videos\/speed-acceleration-explosive#broad-jumps-continued\">kontinuierliche Broad jumps<\/a> oder andere repetitive Spr\u00fcnge erreicht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipp 4, um schneller zu werden: Gr\u00f6\u00dfere Schrittl\u00e4nge<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Schrittl\u00e4nge kann mehr Strecke bei gleicher Schrittfrequenz zur\u00fcckgelegt werden. Dies kann durch <a href=\"https:\/\/tlap-sports.com\/en\/videos\/speed-acceleration-explosive#Sled-Sprints\">Sprints mit Schlitten<\/a> oder Fallschirm gefolgt von Sprints ohne erreicht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipp 7, um schneller zu werden: Gewicht Abnahme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Weniger K\u00f6rpergewicht f\u00fchrt zu einer besseren Beschleunigung bei gleicher Kraft.
