This plan is my plan, I used it to gain weight and strength during my position change from wide receiver to tight end. It is the lift only plan but it also includes some explosive elements to keep the speed and quickness.

It includes 4 day of gym workouts, 1 day of conditioning, and 1 recovery day. The approximate daily time it takes to complete the workouts is 1,5 hours. The workout plan includes a 12 week online reps and weight tracker to monitor the progress. You need access to a gym with some space to run to perform all the exercises in this plan.
